Oh the Wonder of Fall…
Since fall seems to be the most beloved season of the entire year, I thought I’d take it up a notch and make it even more wonderful by creating this simple fudge recipe!
Us desert folk are looking for any small indication that summer is leaving and fall has begun. Since the temperatures are still in the high 90’s, it takes little things to point us in the direction of fall…like a delicious fall fudge recipe!
Just grab these 3 ingredients and some fun fall candies and you’re on your way!
Fall Fudge Recipe
1 can (14 ounces) Sweetened Condensed Milk
3 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips OR fall flavored chocolate chips
1/4 cup of unsalted butter
Candy Pumpkins and Candy Corn
Directions
Dump all ingredients into a microwave safe glass bowl
Put in microwave for 3 minutes. Be sure to stir ingredients midway.
When fudge is done cooking in microwave, be careful and use hot pads as the mixture will be very hot. Mix ingredients until you get a smooth fudge texture.
Pour mixture into a baking dish. Spray dish with non-stick cooking spray. I use 8×8 (for thick fudge) or 13×9 (for thin fudge).
Smooth out your fudge mixture and place fun fall candies on top.
Put baking dish in refrigerator for 2 hours or until fudge sets.
Cut into squares and serve!
