I am obsessed with OREOS! Everybody that knows me can attest to this!
I’ve been known to eat an entire package on my own or dump a handful into a bowl of milk and eat it as a meal. They are magical and delicious!
When I was asked to participate in an OREO Cookie Ball project I was so excited and I knew it would be amazing!
I had a wonderful idea and thought it would be great to gift my new OREO Cookie Ball creations to my kids’ teachers as Christmas gifts!
Time to Shop
I first headed out to Wal-Mart to find my supplies and ingredients
I thought it would be adorable to do 2 different OREO Cookie Balls! I decided on Rudolph and Snowman OREO Cookie Balls for Teacher Gifts!

Step-By-Step Photo Tutorial
For the visual learners like myself, I’ve included these handy photos!
I used both the traditional OREO and the Winter OREO. You can choose any flavor your little heart desires. *Just be sure to not use double stuf as it will alter the recipe*
Put them into the freezer for 10 minutes!
Creation Time
STEP #2
Decorate and Design the cookie balls.
I decided to use bright white candy melts for my Snowmen and dark chocolate candy melts for Rudolph.
Follow the package instructions for the microwavable candy melts. The consistency should look like this:
Cover your OREO cookie balls with your prepared candy melts and place them back on wax paper
Rudolph Oreo Cookie Balls
Cut pretzels in half for the Rudolph antlers
Snowman OREO Cookie Balls
Now, pat yourself on the back because you did it! You created the most adorable Teacher Gift!
Your child’s teacher will be sure to give him/her all good remarks on the next report card because these OREO Cookie Balls are out of this world DELICIOUS!
Package up Your Treats
Step #3
Prepare an adorable gift wrap packing that’s unique and unforgettable!
I found these cute pastry gift boxes and doilies at Wal-Mart down the holiday aisle
I decided to fold the doilies in half and place them at the bottom of the gift boxes.
I was able to nicely fit 5 OREO Cookie Ball treats in the bottom of my gift boxes.
What I like about these gift boxes is the window! The treats look so adorable and tasty!
I added a little holiday sticker to secure the box shut.
*You might also include a cute gift tag or note from your son/daughter to their teacher*
These Rudolph and Snowman OREO Cookie Ball Treats are sure to knock the socks off your child’s teacher! Everybody will be talking about how thoughtful and creative you are!
